We are seeking a Director for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and Vacation Care to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, engaging programs for school-aged children.
This role involves designing and implementing recreational activities, mentoring and supporting staff, managing administration and budgets, and maintaining compliance with National Quality Standards. You will work closely with families and stakeholders to foster an inclusive, positive environment that champions children’s development and continuous improvement.

OSHC Operating Hours:
To accommodate the OSHC’s opening hours during school terms the following days and hours will be required:
OSHC: Monday to Friday | 1:30pm – 6:00pm (Includes OSHC After School Hours from 3:00pm – 6:00pm).
Vacation Care: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience managing OSHC/Vacation Care or similar, with a focus on quality programs.
* Strong leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised, with excellent communication and administration skills.
* Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in administration, marketing and financial management.
* Commitment to Catholic ethos.
* Sound knowledge of policies, WHS and Child Protection obligations.
Qualifications and Training:
* Preferably, an approved qualification for working with children over preschool age in South Australia as listed on the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) website.
* First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012).
* Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Full Day (7 hour) Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) training and further refresher training certifications.
