The Shire of Ashburton is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our Onslow Administration Building.
As the first point of contact at the Shire's Administration Building, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service to residents, visitors, and internal teams.
From managing reception and switchboard calls to processing payments, registrations, and venue access, your work will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office.
You'll also assist with records management, purchasing office supplies, and handling emails and mail.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
This full-time position is suited to local residents who have their own accommodation and are looking to contribute meaningfully to their town while developing their professional skills in a supportive team.
