Wellbeing Lead – Secondary Education (Multi-Campus)
We're partnering with a leading secondary education provider to recruit an experienced Wellbeing Lead to oversee and strengthen student wellbeing services across multiple campuses.
In this senior role, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team of youth workers and counsellors, delivering a proactive, trauma-informed and inclusive wellbeing model that supports student safety, engagement and early intervention.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supporting a multi-site wellbeing team
* Implementing preventative and early‐intervention wellbeing frameworks
* Managing complex wellbeing cases and critical incidents
* Ensuring child safety, compliance and mandatory reporting
* Building external partnerships and referral pathways
* Using data to drive planning and service improvement
About you
You're an experienced wellbeing or youth services leader with a calm, practical, trauma‐informed approach and confidence working across multiple sites.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
* ACA Level 3 or PACFA Clinical registration
* Minimum 2 years' leadership experience
* WWCC, Police Check and Victorian Driver's Licence
