We're looking for a PR & Communications Manager to join our team and turn our mission into a movement. This isn't a \"business as usual\" role—we need a visionary ready to make an immediate, measurable impact from Day 1.
The Role
As our PR & Communications Manager, you will be the architect of our external voice and the steward of our internal culture. You'll work closely with leadership to elevate the My Guardian brand, ensuring our mission resonates with families, healthcare partners, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers, and industry bodies to secure high‐impact coverage.
* Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of compelling content across our blog, social channels, and newsletters.
* Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for sensitive issues, ensuring our reputation remains untarnished.
* Internal Comms: Keep our frontline heroes (our carers) and office staff informed, inspired, and aligned with our core values.
* Campaign Management: Launch PR‐led campaigns that drive brand awareness and support our growth objectives.

* The Connector: You enjoy networking and can represent My Guardian at industry events with poise and enthusiasm.
* The Experienced Pro: You have 5+ years of experience in PR or Corporate Communications (Experience in healthcare or aged care is a massive plus).
