Associate Marketing Director – Surgical Vision

Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy brand and market development strategies in concert with global brand guidelines and strategic direction.
* Oversee product management responsibilities including new product development, forecasting, product lifecycle management, and KOL activation in partnership with other business functions.
* Drive market share and brand profitability growth in partnership with other functions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and qualified groups to support brand and market development activities.
About You
* Minimum 5 years marketing/product management experience within medical devices and experience in ophthalmology and/or capital equipment advantageous.
* Commercial acumen, proactive, with a creative and growth mindset, along with strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to visualise and drive business growth.
* Strong understanding of the local market, with a proven track record in executing strategic plans and achieving business objectives.
* A natural relationship builder able to clearly and effectively communicate, influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
