This role is based in our West Leederville office; a hub of collaboration, fostering a positive company culture that values teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. Responsibilities
* Managing and delivering offshore projects
* Client interface and collaboration
* Assisting in the preparation of project estimate and project documentation
* Ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost, by monitoring and controlling spend
* Demonstrating effective leadership, mentoring graduate engineers and giving direction to engineering teams
* Managing projects whilst offshore
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties, both onshore and offshore
* Ensuring compliance with all of AME's policies and procedures
Qualifications
* 1-5 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in managing small to medium‑sized design projects
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
* Oil and gas experience preferred
* Offshore experience preferred
* Experience in subsea engineering/drilling and completions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be self‑motivated and have a strong work ethic
* Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* Be prepared for both local and international work travel
* Ability to pass an OEUK medical and BOSIET course
