* VOC Tickets: Got Dump Truck & Roller certifications? Perfect
* White Card: Safety first always.
* Experience: Demolition, remediation, and storm water expertise - huge plus.
* Plant & Equipment Proficiency: If you can monitor, maintain and keep our gear spotless (including daily pre-start checklists and photo logs), you're golden.
* Team Spirit: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others is a must
* Good English, both written and oral because communication is key even when you're in the middle of a construction symphony.
