Salary range: $91,138 to $93,969 per annum + 13.5% superannuation.

About the role
As the Supervisor Waste Management Centre, you'll oversee operational performance, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‐quality delivery of Waste Management Centre and Resource Recovery operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐ operations of the Waste Management Centre, including people, budgets, plant, safety, customer service and site performance.
* Play a key role in transitioning the site fromtraditional landfilling to a modern resource‐recovery and circular economy model.
* Manage reporting, compliance and governance requirements to ensure high‐quality, transparent operations.
* Support landfill rehabilitation and progressive closure works, preparing the site for post‐landfill operations.
* Promote a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement through regular audits and performance reviews.
* Ensure compliance with environmental licences while contributing to new resource recovery and circular economy initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Hands‐on experience in waste services delivery, backed by a relevant tertiary qualification or strong practical expertise.
* Experience in budgets, contracts, and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong communication and conflict‐resolution skills.
* Current Driver's Licence and Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
* Ability to work flexibly and lead teams and contractors in a fast‐paced operational environment.
