The Role
Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of an organisation-wide system and framework to manage credentialling, vaccination compliance and mandatory training. This 12-month contract role will design and implement a new electronic credentialling and training management framework, ensuring our clinicians and staff are appropriately credentialled, trained and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will work with key stakeholders across the organisation to define requirements, identify system solutions, and deliver a practical, easy-to-use approach that supports frontline teams while meeting governance and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of an electronic credentialling and training management system
* Define credentialling, vaccination and mandatory training requirements across clinical roles
* Review existing systems across the organisation and recommend the best solution
* Develop an implementation and rollout plan, including change support and training
* Update organisational credentialling policies and governance frameworks
* Define compliance KPIs and reporting requirements
* Partner with the Data team to build dashboards and monitoring tools
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement and project governance groups
* Provide project updates and reporting to senior leadership and the Board

You Will Likely Bring Experience In
* Healthcare credentialling, workforce compliance or clinical governance
* Implementing or working with electronic credentialling or training management systems
* Leading complex projects across large or multi-site organisations
* Developing policies, frameworks and governance processes
* Using data and reporting to monitor compliance
* Navigating regulatory and professional standards in healthcare
* Engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational and executive teams
You are confident working autonomously, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and motivated to deliver meaningful organisational improvement.
