Are you a relationship-driven BDM who values quality over quantity and wants to help build something special?
We're working with a boutique, property-management-focused agency that has grown organically to 100 properties in just 12 months and is now ready to bring on its first dedicated Business Development Manager to support the next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on BDM role working closely with an involved and supportive Principal to grow the rent roll the right way.
You'll be responsible for:
* Bringing on quality new managements through strong relationships, reputation, and referrals
* Working closely with the Principal on growth strategy and client onboarding
* Supporting a well-run portfolio currently managed by one Property Manager
* Representing a high-service brand with a strong focus on landlord experience
The role is office-based with onsite parking and easy access to local amenities.

About You
Experience in property management BDM or a strong sales background within real estate
Relationship-focused, professional, and service-driven
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
