Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and energise a talented team across Melbourne and Manila, coaching them to deliver their best.
Own all things AR: credit assessments, billing accuracy, and collections performance.
Resolve complex disputes and aged debt with confidence, fairness, and commercial acumen.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations to strengthen communication and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights to support decision making.

You're an energetic and people focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing positivity to your team. You have a strong background in AR, credit management, or finance, with proven experience in managing high-performing teams. You excel at coaching and developing staff while maintaining operational excellence and compliance. You're collaborative, proactive, and love creating a vibrant, inclusive work environment.
