Role
St Nicholas Early Education supports and partners with families to nurture and inspire children, enabling them to develop the skills needed to flourish at home, in care and in communities.
As an Early Childhood Educator you will:
Plan, implement, and evaluate child-centred learning experiences in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.
Collaborate with families, team members and external professionals to ensure children's learning progression and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, development, health and safety information.
Adhere to child protection and mandatory reporting obligations, workplace health and safety practices, and organisational policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification for education and care services.
Child protection qualification.
Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.
Working with Children Check verification.
Understanding of NQF, EYLF, child protection, mandatory reporting, workplace health and safety.
