The Role
This position will suit an experienced On Premise Account Manager or Sales Manager ready to step into broader responsibility, utilizing existing relationships to take ownership over the channel.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing national and state-based On Premise accounts, with a major focus on medium to large groups
* Delivering sales and distribution targets
* Managing trade marketing investment in line with agreed budgets
* Cross functional collaboration across marketing, operations, supply chain
* Forecasting and budgeting
* Customer service, as a brand custodian for MC
* Developing jointbusiness plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives
* Leading tender submissions and price negotiations
* Negotiating and executing promotional programs and activation initiatives
* Supporting GTM plans for NPD launches across On Premise
* Providing regular trading updates and commercial insights
* Providing feedback to the wider business on customer needs, insights and market trends
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Liquor industry sales or account management experience, with a focus in On Premise
* Experience working with wholesale, independent or national customers
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of trade spend
* Confidence in customer negotiations and planning cycles
* A proactive, structured and relationship-driven approach
* Strong Excel and reporting capability
* Willingness to travel interstate as required
