We are seeking caring and reliable Casual Lifestyle Support Workers to support participants to live independently and engage in their community.
Duties include:
* Providing respectful, person-centred support tailored to each participant
* Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and light household duties
* Supporting participants to access the community, attend appointments, and enjoy social activities
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skill development
* Following individual care plans and completing shift documentation
