Territory : Global Markets
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
2. Source and manage global and regional partners, including SI’s, consulting firms, regional channel partners, and influencers.
3. Engage with key stakeholders in complex organizations to align, enable, and expand partnerships.
4. Develop joint go-to-market strategies to generate opportunities and increase order bookings.
5. Build and maintain strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to support and meet shared goals.
7. Create business plans with partners to meet revenue commitments, conduct quarterly business reviews, and evaluate partner performance using established metrics and scorecards.
8. Provide sales enablement, support, and training to partners to effectively promote products and solutions.
9. Promote partnership value propositions within sales teams to foster awareness and collaboration, reducing conflicts.
10. Maintain regular reporting and updates on partnership activities.
Skills and Competencies:
* Experience in both hunting and farming sales capabilities.
* Preference for candidates with field sales experience.
* Minimum 5 years in partner/alliances/channel management or business development roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience managing relationships with CXO and senior management.
* Experience working with large SI’s or consulting firms is preferred.
* Proven track record of establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships and closing large deals through partners.
* Experience with partners in the banking domain is advantageous.
