**The Role**:
- Sales admin support to high-performing agents
- Prepare for listing presentations
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
- Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run
- Liaise with Vendors, tenants, outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shot and past/building inspections
- Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
- Organise Saturday Open Packs & auction packs
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentational skills
- A keen interest in Real Estate & Progression
- Be a motivated self-starter
