The Role
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our experienced team at the Loganholme head office. Working within a high-volume environment, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling orders that range from multiple products to multiple pallets loads.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, document, and dispatch outbound orders
* Wrap pallets and assist with loading/unloading trucks and containers
* Maintain stock accuracy & assist with stocktakes & cycle counts
* Provide engaging, informed, and professional service to tradesmen and customers during order collections
* Safely handle and load products, including 30kg bags and drums, into customer utes and vehicles
* Working closely with our invoicing and transport coordination teams to ensure frictionless processing
What You'll Bring
* Current forklift license (LF) is essential
* Experience in a fast-moving freight or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
* Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (30kg)
* You enjoy the 'banter' and interaction with tradesmen and can maintain a positive, friendly manner under pressure
* A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work in a 'can-do' team environment
* A 'thinker' with strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
