Job Title:
This senior-level role oversees the operational facets of one or more government services projects.
* The ideal candidate will ensure seamless functioning of mission-critical environments, institute organizational structure, define departmental responsibilities, and form positive working relationships between internal functional areas.
* Coordinate and streamline operational processes, procedures, and reporting across multiple sites, supporting the review of business systems administration, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
* Sustain and enhance client relationships through consistent communication, providing updates on initiatives, suggesting enhancements, responding to evolving requirements, fostering collaborative dynamics, and soliciting feedback to gauge performance.
* Provide and lead a skilled workforce to carry out project functions, ensuring community support during personnel change, interfacing with stakeholders, and delivery of all site-specific contract requirements.
The role requires travel between facilities in Alice Springs and the local area. The position is expected to be onsite 100%.
Key qualifications include a degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited university, demonstrated experience working on programs utilizing foreign currency, analytical skills for budgeting and contract management oversight, and a wealth of experience with at least 10 years in roles of increasing responsibility and complexity.
