We're hiring on behalf of a global B2B software leader serving the mining, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors — backed by a top-tier global private equity firm.
* Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts across APAC — staying close to clients, anticipating their needs, and uncovering opportunities to expand, renew, and reprice those relationships
* Work a steady flow of warm activity — discovery calls, account reviews, tailored proposals, and closing; the motion is account development and expansion, not volume outreach
* Have the meaningful pricing conversations — many legacy contracts significantly under-value the software, and closing that gap is part of thejob
* Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers — engineering directors, procurement leaders, and technical buyers at the region's largest mining, civil, and infrastructure firms
* Cross-sell across a sophisticated product portfolio, including newly acquired solutions
* Represent the brand at industry events and conferences across APAC to expand your network and drive awareness
* Partner closely with the regional sales leader and the global HQ commercial team
* Open new strategic accounts where the long-term opportunity is meaningful
* NOTE: This is an in-person role based out of a downtown Brisbane office — intentional co-location with the in-region team. You'll be embedded with the people you sell alongside.

What We're Looking For
* Polished and confident communicator — in person, on phone, and in writing.
* 1–3+ years in a B2B sales role — SDR, BDR, AE, or account management. Strong SDRs and BDRs ready to step up into a full closing role are welcome to apply
* A consultative, curious, relationship-led style — comfortable having real conversations with real decision-makers
* Humble and curious — you work well alongside deeply technical colleagues (PhDs, engineers) without trying to out-expert them
* Hungry, proactive, and self-directed — this is a remote-friendly role in a global business; you don't need a 9-to-5 structure to perform
* Based in Brisbane, ready to work from the in-region team's office
* Industry experience in mining, geotechnical, civil engineering, or technical software is a plus — not a requirement
