Role Description/Criteria

* Applications are sought for the position of Campus Learning Diversity Organiser (Year 10-12 Campus) for the period 1 June 2026 until 26 January 2028. The Campus Learning Diversity Organiser assists the Campus Learning Diversity Coordinators in meeting obligations and compliance with regulatory authorities. They will support and work collaboratively with all members of the Learning Diversity Team and wider teaching staff on the Campus to support staff in catering for the needs of students who require additional assistance to reach their full potential. The Campus Learning Diversity Organiser's major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to, supporting Data Collection and Data Integrity within the Campus, management of the Learning Support Officer team on their campus, overseeing the Learning Hub and its students, and coordinating the timetables of Learning Support Officers. This is an Education Support Employee Position Level 3 Category B.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The role of the Learning Diversity Team at Padua College is to provide an inclusive education and to enhance educational opportunities for all students. The full inclusion of students with disability has a positive impact upon the learning and teaching environment for all.

The Campus Learning Diversity Organiser (CLDO) will assist the Campus Learning Diversity Coordinators (CLDC) in meeting obligations and compliance with regulatory authorities. They will support and work collaboratively with all members of the Learning Diversity Team and wider teaching staff on the Campus to support staff in catering for the needs of students who require additional assistance to reach their full potential.

The College Learning Diversity Organisers are key members of the Learning Diversity Team under the direction of the Director of Learning Diversity (DLD), College Learning Diversity Administrator (CLDA) and Campus Learning Diversity Coordinators (CLDC). The CLDO reports to the DLD, CLDA, CLDC and the Head of Campus/Director of Campus. Please note that the CLDO may be required to assist with administrative tasks at other campuses as required. This Position Description is subject to review and modification by the Principal and nominee at any time in response to the changing needs of the College.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The Campus Learning Diversity Organiser's major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

* In collaboration with the CLDC, supporting Data Collection and Data Integrity within the Campus.
* Supporting the CLDA with Human Resource Management of the Learning Support Officer team on their campus.
* Overseeing the Learning Hub and its students.
* Coordinating the timetables of Learning Support Officers each semester at their campus.
* Performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.

SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $75,828.00– $85,918.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
