The Role (No Surprises)
You'll lead, coach, and drive performance within our in-office phone sales team.
This is a front-line role. You'll be listening to calls, coaching tonality, lifting close rates, and setting daily standards.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Managing and motivating a phone-based sales team
* Coaching call structure, tonality, pace, and objection handling
* Running call reviews and live coaching sessions
* Driving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Maintaining standards across CRM, process, and follow-up
* Leading from the front — not from the sidelines
What Makes This Role Different
* Warm, qualified leads
* Proven scripts, systems, and sales process
* Clear KPIs and performance metrics
* Real authority to coach, improve, and lead
* Strong support from senior leadership
* This is optimisation and execution, not rebuilding from scratch.
Who This Is For
* Has led or coached telesales / call‑centre teams
* Knows how to lift performance through coaching, not motivation speeches
* Understands that tone, energy, and structure win deals
* Wants authority and responsibility — not excuses
* High‑performing closers ready to step into leadership are welcome.
