Bend-tech Group is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our engineering and manufacturing business. This role is central to the smooth flow of work between customers, sales, production, and invoicing, and will suit someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being part of a hands-on environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring information flows accurately and efficiently across the business.
Your mission: Provide the gold standard (a term we use often) in customer service. To be the trusted connection between our customers and the business, ensuring enquiries, orders, and issues are managed accurately, professionally, and end-to-end, enabling smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and consistent delivery across engineering, manufacturing, and invoicing.
This role is open to both full and part-time options, depending on the applicants’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Process sales orders, quotations, and customer requests accurately
* Liaise with internal teams including sales, engineering, production, and accounts
* Provide customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and timelines
* Assist with invoicing queries and general administrative support
* Maintain accurate customer and job records within internal systems
* Support business continuity through clear communication and follow-through
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are organised, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
* Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
* A team-first mindset with a genuine commitment to supporting others
* Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment (highly regarded but not essential)
