AustCorp Executive is partnering with an established, Australian-owned building services engineering consultancy entering a genuine phase of growth. You’ll join a multi-discipline environment delivering practical, coordinated designs for a strong pipeline of projects across commercial, refurbishment/fit-out, multistorey-residential, hospitality and industrial building environments. We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer who can confidently operate in a client-facing capacity and take ownership of outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys influencing delivery, improving consistency, and mentoring others — not just “doing the design”. The Role Lead electrical building services design delivery from concept through to documentation and construction support. Coordinate with other disciplines and external stakeholders to produce buildable, compliant outcomes. Own client relationships, lead meetings, provide trusted advice, manage expectations and delivery timelines. Guide/mentor junior engineers and support the uplift of standards, QA and consistency across the team. Contribute to continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. 3 – 8 years proven experience delivering Australian electrical building services projects (commercial, fit-out/refurb, residential and/or industrial building projects). Confident client and stakeholder engagement. Design/delivery tools exposure such as AutoCAD and/or BIM/Revit. What’s In It For You?
