Reporting to the State Sales Manager an opportunity exists for a Account Manager to manage the ACT and Queanbeyan territory to drive revenue, meet customer expectations and exceed agreed budgets. You will have full autonomy of your territory to promote the features and benefits of your product range whilst being responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy. furnishings industry.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with new and established residential builders
- Promote your products range of window and door products
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory
- Ensure ongoing & reliable customer satisfaction through time management
- Understand administration processes to ensure consistency across the business.

You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, tools of the trade and be paid a competitive salary with a bonus structure to attract the right person.
A background in the building and construction industry selling building products or materials that consist with the build of a residential house, apartment or unit is highly regarded i.e., hardware, glass, glazing, aluminium, timber, plaster, roofing, insulation, flooring, windows, doors etc
