About the role: Based at North Ryde, this role partners with the Finance, Sales and Corporate teams across NSW and NZ. As a true HR Business Partner, you will support and implement people and change initiatives aligned to the CSR business strategy. The focus is on coaching leaders, driving performance, and enabling high‑performing, engaged teams. Deliver professional, timely HR services across NSW and NZ, including employee relations, remuneration and benefits, workforce planning, talent and succession planning, HRIS, superannuation, performance management, learning and development, communication, and change management. Provide expert advice and hands‑on support to leaders across the full employee life cycle. Prepare and report key HR metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to support commercial business decisions. Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partner with business units to lead and implement group change initiatives. Facilitate training and coach leaders to build high‑performing teams and positive workplace cultures. Experience in enterprise agreement interpretation and provide professional guidance on workplace disputes, terminations, unfair dismissal matters, and WHSE compliance. What you bring to the role: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline. 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a complex or matrix environment. Proven ability to think critically, develop innovative solutions, and manage multiple complex priorities. Strong stakeholder management, influencing capability and a demonstrated coaching mindset. Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, constructive leadership qualities and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
