The opportunity

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our FinXL team based in Melbourne. The position is responsible for sourcing and candidate managing industry professionals linked to your specific sector as well as streamlining the current resourcing function.

What will you do?

• Developing and managing a defined candidate base
• Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates
• Network and advertise to potential candidates using various digital platforms as well as traditional online advertising
• Headhunting
• Candidate management
• Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
• Establishing effective workflow between resources

Who you are

The qualities and experience below will be your trademarks:

• Agency or internal recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of technology recruitment
• Project management skills to prioritise tasks and manage resources effectively
• Experience working with different recruitment systems and sourcing tools
• The ability to review current practices and implement continuous improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
