We are currently looking for a Head of Remuneration and Rewards to join us at our Perth International Head Office or our New Brisbane Office in a Part-Time capacity.
**About the role**
- In this hands-on, strategic role you'll build and implement Strategic Remuneration and Benefits solutions in line with business strategy for AU, NZ and UK markets.
- Advise and consult with the Board of Directors, Governance, Remuneration & Nomination Committee and Senior Executive and Leadership teams.
- Manage Senior Executive Remuneration Framework and annual benchmarking process to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices and stakeholders' interests.
- Provide advice and counsel to the broader business with regards to Remuneration and Benefits, policies, programs, and practices; and
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Remuneration programs including Annual Remuneration Review Process, market data analysis and benchmarking, job design, variable pay planning and benefits offering; and
- Lead the delivery, analysis and initiatives linked to Corporate Governance such as WGEA submissions and Diversity and Inclusion strategies and reporting.
**About you**
- Have extensive experience in senior Remuneration and Benefits/Human Resources role, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge and senior Remuneration and Benefits experience including theory, design and methodologies, employment legislation.
- Strategic business knowledge, understanding and ability to interact at Executive and Board level.
- Experience working with Board, Remuneration Committees and Senior Executives.
- Expert knowledge of legislation that impacts both AU and international markets including Fair Work.
- Proven experience working with owning the remuneration framework; or hands-on experience working within a specific remuneration portfolio.
- Skilled in implementation and maintenance of an STI/ LTI framework & Job Evaluation experience; and
- Experience in ASX listed company & Remuneration Committees and exposure to Corporations Act and remuneration reporting requirements is essential.
