Shack Café in Mudgeeraba is renowned for its great coffee and quality food, passionately serving the local community.
We are looking for energetic and charismatic baristas to take over our coffee machine, producing consistent and quality coffee.
**Duties Include**:
- Consistently producing quality coffee with latte art in a timely manner
- Maintenance and cleaning of the coffee machine and associated equipment
- Co-ordination of beverage orders with waitstaff to ensure that all drinks are taken out to the customer collectively
- Maintenance of stock across coffee, milk, and other drinks
- Setup and close-down of Café; inclusive of outdoor dining furniture
- Serving customers
- General cleaning duties
- Other ad hoc duties
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Must have at least 2 years barista experience with exposure to latte art
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Experience maintaining and ordering stock
