**About the Role**
As a Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer service for MineStar hardware and software.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and dealers in your region, providing rotational hotline coverage for MineStar Products, and restoring site services to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
* Assist with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
**Requirements**
* Technical diploma or certificates required
* Windows technical knowledge
* Process-driven with an analytical mindset
* Customer support experience
* Ability to learn complex software and hardware interactions
* Mining industry experience
* Basic knowledge of information technologies
* Experience in Virtualization, Basic TCP/IP Networking, Database fundamentals
* Mechanical or electrical engineering experience
**Work Environment**
The position is based in Brisbane, QLD or Perth, WA. You can expect 5 days in the office and occasional trips to site. The global support team is responsible for 24/7/365 coverage, which will require weekend coverage on rotation.
