We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Home Care Assistants to join our Home Care business on permanent part-time basis. The position is in Deloraine, Tasmania.
Join the 100-year old Respect business at a time of expansion - we have new clients joining us every week. You will form part of a collaborative, agile team with a refreshing approach and culture, as we strive to support our clients to 'live life as they choose'.

About the role
The Home Care Assistant delivers individual, personalised care and assistance to clients so that they may continue to live in their home and focus on their quality of life. The Home Care Assistant's responsibilities may include:
Monitoring and reporting on client\'s condition
Assisting with transportation
Performing household cleaning
Supporting personal hygiene
Preparing meals
Other health and wellness services
As a Home Care Assistant, you will demonstrate a commitment to best practice care and ensure that all in-home care is provided in a personalised, caring and respectful way in accordance with Respect's policy and procedures and aligned to the client care plans, goals and health outcomes.
