- They are Australia's first and only service for directly employing Support Workers and they are dedicated to delivering a human-centric service. They have built a trusted and sound reputation as a tight knit team with strength in its ability to build robust, long-standing relationships with its Partners, their Support Workers, and external stakeholders.
- This Partnership Manager role is crucial in continuing to build these relationships whilst increasing awareness and usage of Carer Solutions service offerings within targeted communities and own the onboarding journey of Carer Solutions' unique service offerings and its Partners (what they call their clients).
**A bit about the role**:
- We've said it already - this role is about building relationships and partnerships, but you might be wondering "with who?" With potential Partners and new and existing external stakeholders including other NDIS service providers, specialist schools, advocacy groups, peer support groups etc. to understand sector needs, and identify opportunities to continually grow Carer Solutions impact across Australia.
- This role will be accountable for growth targets across both service offerings - Direct Employ and Plan Management, that contribute to Carer Solutions' overall growth strategy. You will work directly with Marketing team, to develop and implement activities within local communities designed to increase awareness of the company's unique service offerings.
- This space is always changing, so keeping up to date with what is going on in the sector will be important to understand the challenges and opportunities families face, while identifying new business development opportunities and improve partner experience.
**A bit about you**:
- You are passionate, empathetic and genuinely want to work with a diverse range of people
- You have a growth mindset and want to work in a business that is looking to be innovative in this space
- You are an independent self-starter with demonstrated experience in high level engagement or relationship management with a track record on delivering against targets and KPI's
- You are a networker with exceptional people skills and demonstrated experience establishing value-adding relationships
- You have the ability to adapt communication styles and communicate effectively and with empathy
- You are detail oriented, considered and are able to work with ambiguity at times
- Ideally, you will have some experience with NDIS - either personal or professional but this is not essential.
- An important thing to note about this role - There will be regional and interstate travel. You will be on the road about 50% of the time, getting out into the community and meeting people face to face.
- When you are not on the road you will either be in their amazing South Melbourne office (remind me to tell you about the perks that come with this space) or working from home.
