About the Role
This role leads and delivers organisational design initiatives that enhance efficiency, capability, and alignment with business objectives. You will provide expert advice across workforce planning, role evaluation, and change management, working closely with stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose organisational structures and drive sustainable improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage organisational design projects from planning through to delivery
* Develop and maintain core role statements aligned to job family frameworks
* Conduct organisational assessments and recommend structural improvements
* Provide specialist advice on role evaluations, broadbanding, and workforce design
* Support workforce planning through analysis of current and future needs
* Engage stakeholders and contribute to Communities of Practice
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in organisational design and workforce planning
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess structures and recommend solutions
* Demonstrated project management capability delivering outcomes on time
* Effective stakeholder engagement and consultation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience supporting organisational change initiatives
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
