Are you passionate about IT and love solving real-world tech challenges?
As a Service Desk Analyst (Level 1), you'll support a diverse range of clients across industries, acting as their go-to IT hero. You'll log, triage, and resolve tickets, provide first-line support for desktops, networks, and cloud platforms, and escalate more complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers. You'll learn from every interaction and grow your skillset quickly.

You're customer-focused, technically curious, and thrive under pressure. You love getting to the bottom of a problem and delivering fast, friendly support. You communicate well, manage your time effectively, and are comfortable juggling priorities across multiple client environments.
Whether you've already worked in an MSP or are looking to break into the space, you're proactive, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
* Excellent communication and customer service skills – you'll be speaking with clients daily
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 and common desktop applications
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask, Zendesk, etc.)
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
* Willingness to learn and grow within a technical support role
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
* 1+ year of IT support experience, preferable in an MSP or help desk environment
* Current driver's licence
* Offers of employment are subject to the candidate undergoing a successful police check
