Your Growth Pathway

Phase 1: Master Qualifying & Setting:
* You'll begin with comprehensive onboarding, learning our web design/SEM offerings, sales processes, and proven objection-handling skills.
* Your initial focus will be mastering the front end of the sales cycle: managing all inbound leads, understanding client needs, and setting high-quality appointments that are positioned for conversion.
Phase 2: Become a Closer (Full-Cycle Sales):
* Once you've mastered the foundation, you'll begin comprehensive training on White Peak Digital's full sales cycle.
* You'll take ownership of your own pipeline, learning to manage prospects from initial contact right through to crafting proposals and closing the deal.
* You will receive daily guidance and one-on-one mentorship from our experienced team to develop advanced sales techniques and build your confidence.
Phase 3: Develop into a Strategic Leader (BDM Path):
* After 1-2 years of demonstrating consistent success and high performance, you will be on the direct pathway to a Business Development Manager role.
* In this phase, your focus shifts from just executing sales to helping drive the strategy. You will take the lead on developing innovative outbound strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building high-value, long-term referral partnerships.
* You'll also serve as a mentor to new team members, helping train the next generation of sales talent.
A Day In The Life
Your typical week will involve:
* Acting as the first and primary point of contact for all inbound sales leads.
* Qualifying opportunities
effectively through discovery calls, emails, and meetings.
* Understanding the needs of prospective SME clients to provide tailored web design and marketing solutions.
* Managing and nurturing your sales pipeline using our CRM,
guiding leads from qualification to close
.
* Proactively identifying and
developing new business opportunities
through strategic outreach and networking (this is where you unlock your uncapped commissions).
* Crafting compelling proposals and delivering persuasive pitches to prospective clients.
* Collaborating with our production and client management teams to ensure a smooth project handover and exceptional client satisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reporting on your progress.
About You
We are looking for potential, passion, and a positive attitude.
* 1+ year of experience in a outbound sales role
(SDR, BDR, etc). Previous experience at a digital agency or SaaS preferred.
* You have exceptional communication skills and genuinely enjoy building relationships and helping SME clients.
