**Functional Fitness Coach**
You're an experienced Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor / Coach looking to BUILD more HOURS to support your Fitness Career.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Deliver our pre programmed sessions with confidence, style and your personal flair
- Be able to offer variety and differentiate the exercises as needed
- Connect and relate to our members Our crew are really special, and this is super important to us
- You have 'stage presence' - without actually being on a stage You can command the room and engage your back row
- Set up sessions and pack away equipment
- Differentiate the programs based on personal capabilities
- Motivate, Inspire and BUILD everyone UP
- Record numbers, promote sessions on FB, take photos during session, run ONLINE sessions to support our hybrid model
- Adhoc duties as the STUDIO requires, such as HOUSEKEEPING, cleaning the floor, cleaning behind front desk, filing, and customer service tasks
- All training will be provided *
**ABOUT US**:Successful Family Run STUDIO specialising in small group training with a DIFFERENCE. We offer over 45 sessions a week in studio and over 23 VIRTUAL sessions. Our 6 Week Challenges are extremely successful, as we aim to deliver results
We specialise in Functional Training, with a huge focus on Strength Training. For the right person, we are able to provide hours in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Programme Coordinator and Coordinator roles.

**Desirable Attributes**:
- 1 Year Experience in Personal Training / Group Training
- Experience the FITNESS industry in sales / customer service capacity
**Essential Attributes**:
- Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Fitness
- First Aid / CPR (Insurance / ABN)
- Honesty and a willingness to grow, develop and learn
**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Part-time hours: 6 - 10 per week
**Salary**: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (required)
**Experience**:
- Group fitness: 1 year (preferred)
