About The Role
Our Tech Hub team is expanding, and we're looking for a Senior Technology Risk and Compliance Manager to join our community of solvers.

The work includes supporting the company through new technology adoption, protecting against risk, and delivering data insights to enhance our technology capabilities.
Technology Governance & Risk Management involves establishing frameworks, policies, and procedures to manage technology risks and ensure compliance with obligations and regulations.
As a Technology Controls & Assurance Senior Manager, you will support the Technology Controls & Assurance Director in documenting, assessing, and managing technology, security, and data controls across the firm.
You will build strong relationships to manage control testing and reporting, ensuring that control weaknesses, risks, and issues are addressed according to the firm's risk appetite.
Your skills in:
Providing extensive experience in technology risk, controls, and assurance disciplines, with a proven track record in control testing, identifying control gaps, and recommending remediation strategies aligned with the firm's risk appetite.
Understanding of Audit/Assurance, risk assessment processes, and regulatory frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001/2.
Managing multiple priorities and delivering quality outcomes on time.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Driving continuous improvement and fostering innovation.
Collaborative and innovative mindset, valuing client and stakeholder relationships.
Acting with integrity and caring for team members.
Impact in our Tech Hub:
Contributing to the development, documentation, approval, implementation, and testing of the firm's Technology, Security, and Data Controls.
Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and working with control owners to identify gaps and improvements.
Reporting risks, control weaknesses, incidents, and issues.
Leading Quality Management for Service Excellence Assurance, including monitoring IT controls and supporting reviews.
Enhancing technology controls & assurance frameworks.
Providing guidance in IT governance, risk management, controls, and assurance.
