Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex.We give you a world of potentialWe have an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Associate to join us on a permanent basis – working in our Plan Managers division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager Clients and their individual employee share plan holders.Why is this role exciting?
Well, there are a few things that make this role stand out:You will work with some of our biggest ASX listed clientsYou will join a great supportive team, who will support you along the wayYou will join us in an exciting time of growth as we move our clients onto a new platformA role you will loveWorking with a supportive manager and an experienced team, this role will be a great way to learn more about the financial services industry, as well as give you the ability to gain exposure to great opportunities for career growth and development.Reporting to a Team Leader, the Client Services Associate is a specialist role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high quality service to clients and the respective client's employee plan participants.You will work closely with the Team Leader and internal stakeholders to ensure all functions and activity of their client accounts are anticipated, actioned and when required, reviewed in order to meet strict deadlines.Some Other Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of Client Account and day to day operations of Client's Employee Share PlansGeneration and provision of Employee Share Plan and Regulatory reports to clientsWriting and maintaining of internal system documentation and proceduresResponding to employee share plan participant and client email enquiriesMaintaining employee information held in internal systems and databasesMaintenance of internal timetables for all clients in terms (as they relate to dividends, ad hoc payments, offers and statements)Preparation of Allocations and processing of Vesting related items that fall around these tasksWhat will you bring to the role?
We are looking for someone who is a excellent communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and someone who is a whizz with excel.
Having a data entry background or similar and the ability to compete complex processing using self-discovery, is essential to success within this role.Other Key Skills Required For The Role IncludeAbility to manage changing priorities and strong time management skillsA high level of attention to detailAbility to work both independently and within a teamHigh level of initiative, flexibility and problem-solving skillsStrong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office productsPossess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethicKnowledge of Employee Share Plans and the financial services will be highly regarded.Rewards designed for youEmployee Share Plan.
