What that will look like:
As Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the organisation's growth strategy. Reporting into a senior commercial leader, you'll be responsible for expanding the organisation's presence across universities, higher‐education institutions, and adjacent partners.
You will:
* Identify, pursue and secure new institutional partnerships
* Develop and execute a contemporary partnership and growth strategy
* Lead commercial engagements and solution‐focused sales activity
* Build long‐term, trust‐based relationships with senior sector stakeholders
* Lead and develop a small, motivated, high‐performing team
About You:
You are a senior commercial leader with strong business development capability and a strategic mindset. You thrive in purpose‐driven environments and are confident navigating complex institutional landscapes.
* Strong commercial acumen, with success in both long‐tail and short‐cycle sales environments
* 5+ years in senior partnerships, higher‐education engagement, or complex enterprise sales
* Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and deliver sustainable, long‐term value
* Leadership capability with the ability to coach, guide and uplift team performance
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills at executive level
* Experience within the higher‐education sector or adjacent services (advantageous)
