Community Health Worker Role Summary:
Enhancing the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal communities by delivering culturally sensitive care and empowering individuals to maintain their physical and mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to provide education, support, and advocacy around foot health and chronic disease prevention.
* Assist healthcare professionals with basic foot care and assist with assessment/treatment as needed.
* Coordinate appointments and facilitate effective communication between clients and healthcare providers in a culturally respectful manner.

Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (Practice).
* Current authority to practice as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner or willingness to work towards it.
