Join Mackay City Auto Group as a Customer Service Advisor and start a great career with one of the area's most respected auto companies.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to add an energetic and well-organised Customer Service Advisor to join the team. Working within a friendly team environment you will be responsible for frontline customer service and sales, customer management, general administration, and office duties.

To be successful in this autonomous role you will be naturally well-organised, highly motivated, with attention to detail and superior interpersonal skills. You will have previous customer service and administration experience, with the ability to prioritise and communicate openly and effectively within a dynamic team.

An industry leading retainer is offered as well as huge earning potential through commissions and achievement of monthly KPI's.

About The Role

A Customer Service Advisor is a key member of the service team as our interface with clients.

To excel in this role, you need a combination of good administrative skills, attention to detail and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people and be dedicated to delivering 'best in class' customer experience.

Specifically, the job involves.


* Customer service, over the phone and email.
* Making bookings for customers.
* Answering queries from customers.
* Liaising face to face with customers.
* Liaising with service workshop and spare parts team members.
* Providing timely follow ups to customers.
* Explain repairs to customer (knowledge training will be provided)
* Manage invoicing.
* Building ongoing professional relationships with customers.

About You
* Exceptional customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers.
* Current Driving License.
* Solid attention to detail.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with exceptional time management.
* General administration including debtor management.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Must be a Team player.

There is a lot of technology to learn and while basic mechanical knowledge is helpful, we will guide you to ensure you learn in the most effective way possible setting a path that will speed your progress without being overwhelming. We also have access to manufacturer's extensive product knowledge and training. This ensures your understanding of all these fantastic cars and that you become a real service specialist.
