The Role
Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk‐based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from 35 dairy farms in the south‐east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year.
Due to continued growth and the introduction of an additional production shift, we are seeking enthusiastic and self‐motivated Production Operators to join our team.
We have multiple permanent opportunities available across fixed Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts, offering stability and long‐term career prospects within a well‐established operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting production lines through rotating operational activities
* Operating bottle fillers and associated upstream and downstream equipment
* Completing and maintaining quality, testing, and production documentation
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth production flow
* Working collaboratively within the team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Experience in FMCG manufacturing and/or warehousing/logistics
* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in basic troubleshooting
* Confidence using technology for production, safety, quality, and reporting systems
* A strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality standards
* High attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Forklift licence/experience (highly regarded but not essential)
