Job Overview
We are seeking a Casual Property Services Team Member to join our dedicated team, helping us deliver a safe, comfortable, and well‐maintained environment for all residents and visitors. This is a casual, flexible role with no set days or guaranteed hours, primarily providing property services support during periods of staff leave and peak times. The role will initially require availability of up to three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the upkeep of our facility by carrying out a wide range of tasks. You'll ensure all areas are serviced to a high standard and in line with infection control policies and WHS procedures. You will often work independently, prioritising tasks, managing your workload and maintaining a strong focus on safety.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a general Property Services role
* Knowledge of WHS and infection control practices
* Clear and respectful communication skills, especially when interacting with aged residents, visitors, and staff
* Motivated, hardworking, and proactive, with a commitment to high‐quality work
