Key Responsibilities
* Manage a mixed portfolio of completed and under‐construction properties
* Deliver exceptional communication to both landlords and tenants
* Conduct routines, entries/exits and manage maintenance
* Support development rollouts as new properties settle
* Assist in shaping systems, processes and efficiencies
* Contribute ideas and forward‐thinking solutions as part of a collaborative team
* WFH flexibility available once trust is established

* Passionate about real estate and committed to long‐term growth
* Driven, proactive and confident managing your own portfolio
