They are usually the first person customers talk to through phone calls, chat, email, or social media.
Typical Responsibilities
* Answering customer inquiries politely and professionally
* Helping customers solve problems or complaints
* Processing orders, refunds, or account requests
* Providing updates about products, deliveries, or services
* Recording customer information in the system
* Escalating difficult concerns to supervisors when needed
* Maintaining good customer satisfaction and communication
