About the Role
As the Receptionist and Office Manager, you will provide first‑class customer service, reception coverage, and facilities administration. You will play a key part in coordinating maintenance, supporting WH&S requirements, managing contractors, and ensuring workplace processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities
Reception & Concierge
* Greeting visitors, answering calls Not Switchboard and managing visitor access
* Meeting room bookings, set‑ups and coordinating IT support
* Managing incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Facilities Coordination
* Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance (AC, lighting, plumbing, security, repairs, cleaning)
* Maintaining safe and compliant work environments in line with WH&S requirements
* Asset management and accurate documentation of facilities processes
* Ensuring contractors hold required insurances and comply with safety standards
* Monitoring building access systems and upkeep of shared spaces
Office & Event Support
* Coordinating office supplies, utility rooms, kitchens and staff amenities
* Supporting board meetings, office events, catering orders and monthly staff functions
* Managing archiving processes and participating in admin support rosters
What You'll Bring
