The Role
This is a casual Guest Services Officer position, located at Seal Rocks.
The role involves carrying out guest services duties within the park, providing excellent customer service every time, and representing the company in a positive manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face-to-face; via telephone and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.
* Have experience with RMS, Newbook or similar reservations systems.
* Undertake general office duties, banking, and cleaning of offices/kiosks.
* Prepare correspondence, record keeping of all mail and carry out filing in accordance with procedures.
* Assist Park Managers and Supervisors with the opening and closing of offices and kiosks/stores.
* Receive and disperse monies via computerised point-of-sale registers.
* Assist Supervisors with stock takes and invoicing for kiosks, stores, cabins, offices, and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
* Direct visitors within the park and assist them as they enter the park.
* Assist Guest Services Supervisors in social media administration at park level as required.
