We are seeking a highly skilled restaurant professional to oversee daily operations and lead exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.
* Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Manage rosters, reservations, and inventory that align with business needs.
AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in hospitality management required. Minimum three years' experience as a restaurant leader or senior hospitality manager. Salary negotiable based on relevant experience.
