About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front office team, promoting effective collaboration among resort departments, and overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff. You will also assist the Resort Manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Motivate and inspire the front office team to achieve exceptional results.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with owners, guests, and resort departments.
* Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff to ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Assist the Resort Manager with policy implementation and monitoring.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership and management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, and coaching employees.
* Ability to multitask and work productively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in Resort Hospitality Management is essential.
