About the role:We are on the hunt for an experienced and commercially astute National Account Manager for Woolworths.
This role is responsible for the development and delivery of the Customer Business Plan, designed to align and achieve both the customer and Lindt business objectives, in conjunction with the National Business Manager – Woolworths.In delivering the Customer Business Plan, this role plays a pivotal role in the management of trade spend, volume forecasting, and pricing and promotional strategy.
Demonstrating consistent commercial control, this role is a key influencer of commercial and category thinking with the customer.As the key customer contact for categories under management, this role will develop strong retailer relationships, and work collaboratively cross functionally with in Lindt, to effectively manage risk and optimise opportunities.What you will bring:Previous FMCG experience in a customer facing selling role, preferably partnering with a major national retailerExceptional customer focus and a collaborative approach to partnering with the customerAbility to formulate, articulate and implement strategic plansAbility to develop and interpret financial reports and leverage data analysis to derive actionable insightsOutstanding negotiation and influencing skills, along with a confident and persuasive presentation styleTertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related fieldCategory and/or Marketing experience would be highly regarded, but is not essentialAbility to effectively prioritise workflow and meet deadlines in a face paced environmentHigh levels of computer literacy, with experience in Promax preferred.What we can offer you:An emphasis on a positive environment, allowing career and personal growth, celebrating your achievements and recognising your successesAn engaging and creative workplace full of passionate individuals that embraces diversity and thinking differentlyHybrid working environment - 3 days in office, 2 days working from homeA priority on maintaining a healthy work/life balanceA paid day off on your birthday
