We are a leading provider of professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a Customer Service Managerto oversee a portfolio of clients in Northern New South Wales, travelling between Central Coast and Tweed Heads ensuring excellent service delivery, client satisfaction, and smooth operational management.

Ideal candidate EXPERIENCE IN THE CLEANING INDUSTRY

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of cleaning contracts, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with agreements.
* Act as the first point of contact for client concerns and complaints, providing effective solutions promptly.
* Support and manage cleaning teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training where necessary.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure cleaning standards and safety compliance are upheld.
* Work closely with the operations team to address staffing needs, training requirements, and process improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of service performance, incidents, and client feedback while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

About You:

* Experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the cleaning, facilities, or service industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and staff.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of cleaning industry standards, WHS compliance, and operational best practices (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
* Valid driver's license
